Absentee voting project: Michigan Department of State

Worked with Michigan City Clerks to automate emails confirming the receipt and mailing of absentee ballots. Documented the process for the state-wide Clerk e-learning platform.

Helping the City of Lansing revitalize a project for unbanked citizens

Created a webpage about the BankOn program (which connects consumers to safe, affordable bank accounts). Established a process for collecting and reporting data on the effectiveness of the Bank On program.

Building accessibility into ITHAKA's design strategy

Lead and coordinated the effort to bring ITHAKA products to WCAG 2.0 AA conformance. Trained product teams in web accessibility and organized user testing and research for people with disabilities to ensure the company built accessibility into design.

Bringing JSTOR support online

Created JSTOR’s support site and managed content strategy. Used the site analytics to to give organizational visibility to customer-reported usability issues.
